 SStay at Friends Camp during the Common Ground Fair Weekend

Friends Camp offers overnight lodging, a bountiful buffet breakfast, and large buffet dinner. We set aside cabins for families with children, cabins for groups of individual males or females, and co-ed cabins for groups. Please bring your own sleeping bags or bedding. Please plan to share cabin space with other fairgoers. Friends Camp is 19 miles from the Common Ground Fair.
We will start taking reservations, payments, and family information on August 1. To complete a reservation, we need the names of everyone in your party, the ages of the young people, phone numbers, e-mail, address, and housing/tenting preferences. We have three cabins with bathrooms, fourteen cabins with just electricity with bathrooms nearby, and three open fields with room for eighteen tents, trailers, or RV’s. We hope that you will consider volunteering to set tables, sweep, ring the bell, make the fire, or wash dishes. Friends Camp is a non-smoking and alcohol-free campus.
Meal Times
Breakfast is between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM
Lunch is at the fair
|Dinner is between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM
Rates
Adult or youth age seven and up $32 per night
Child age 4-6 $16 per night
Child ages three or under are FREE
Adult or youth age seven and up, tenting $24 per night
Child age 4-6, tenting $16
Child age three or under, tenting FREE
Early Bird Rate [If you make your payment in full before end of day on August 31, 2010]
Adult or youth age seven and up $30 per night
Child age 4-6 $15 per night
Child ages three or under are FREE
Adult or youth age seven and up, tenting/RV $22 per night
Child age 4-6, tenting/RV $14
Child age three or under, tenting/RV FREE
Nightly rate includes two meals (dinner and breakfast); there are no discounts for lodging without meals.
Cabin Sign In Times
Please arrive at Friends Camp between 3 PM and 9 PM to get your cabin assignment. Please clean out and clean up your cabin/tent/RV before 2 PM on the day you are leaving.

Your housing reservation will not be confirmed until you have mailed in the full payment to Friends Camp, 25 Burleigh Street, Waterville, ME 04901. If you cancel your reservation prior to September 21 for any reason, you can request a refund of up 50 percent of the weekend fee. Sorry, NO refunds will be given after September 21, 2010.
